Serenova: Create admin user

1. Log into Serenova support portal
2. Create a new case with the below fields,

Subject: Admin user request
Submitted By: Partner/Reseller
Customer Name: (Account name from sales force)
Tracking ID: (CT case number)
Type: Service Problem/Request (P3)
Description: Please create an admin user for "firstname lastname".
(Note: If there is an existing admin user, you can can reference that user so Serenova can copy it, e.g. Please create and admin user for first last, they will have the same permissions as existing admin "firstname lastname.")
Product Area: Call Center
Product Sub Area: Users and Login

3. Submit
4. Follow up with Serenova until request is complete
