Five9 - Exporting Reports

You can upload tabular or summary report data to your storage system from these locations:

• Report output page when you generate a report.
• Wizard when you create or edit a report.

Note: You can't export matrix reports to a CSV file because multiple heading layers don't display correctly. Instead, export your matrix report to a spreadsheet program and save it as CSV format.

1. Select Export or Export Details (when available).

2. Select a format and whether to include charts.

   HTML, PDF, Excel, and RTF are almost identical to the reports in the Reports area.

   CSV reports look different because they provide raw data. Use CSV for data exports from your VCC to further process or to import into your data warehouse.

   Note: CSV exports have a 200,000 cell limit.

   

3. Select OK.

   Note: For large reports, you can select Background to allow the report to continue generating while you work on other tasks.

4. After the export completes, select Download to open the file.
