Five9 - Data Sources

Data sources represent the data you can include in your reports when customizing standard reports or creating custom reports. Each chosen field displays as a column heading in your report. In each data source, you may combine fields from any of the categories. Each category contains information about the data collected for that category. For example, the Multi-Channel Legacy data source contains the Time, Calls, and Social categories.
