Five9 Admin - User Access to Canned Reports

Important: Users must have the View Canned reports permission, a legacy VCC permission, and be enabled to view the Canned Reports tab.

You manage the canned reports that users can access on the Canned Reports tab in the Five9 reports dashboard. For more information, see Five9 Dashboard and Reports.

To make reports available for a user

Select a user from the list.

In the user properties, select Canned Reports.

To view a list of available reports, select Add.

The Add Canned Reports window displays a list of available reports. Use the search field to list a specific report.clipboard_ee798e441a07759b8c48f2bcbcb41bc59.png

Select a report from the list.

The report is added to the list of available reports for that user. The association of the report(s) to the user is saved immediately.clipboard_e57f0487ec516969ea9c6b002b2217f96.png

Select all necessary reports for the user.

Select Click to close when done.

You can also delete canned reports for the selected user in this window using the Remove icon.
