This article will provide instructions on adding a new agent in CT Cloud Contact Center (Telax).
First you will need to navigate to Agents, you can get to this from your favorites page, if you do not see it on your favorites page you can add it by following this article "CT Cloud Contact Center: Telax - Adding Favorites"
After you go to Agents, Select the team you want to add the agent to(outlined in Red) then click Add Agent (outlined in Yellow)
Fill out the General Information(outlined in Red) as needed then click update (outlined in Yellow). The agent is automatically added when you select "Add Agent" so all that is needed after that is to edit information and select update.
Any other fields you need to edit can be edited after the user is added.
