Details

Any request received for an Intercall customer that cannot be administered through TCC online should be sent to customerservice@teleconferencingcenter.com.

A request to terminate an owner should be sent via email in the following format:

 

Hello,

Please terminate owner #  8574371 – James Butler.

Thank you,

(technician name)

 

A request to enable admin privileges should be sent via email in the following format:

 

***Please note: The user must first be create via the Intercall portal, TCC online.

 

Hello,

Please give username sduchesne (owner # 91963201) admin rights to company # 466684/account # 1125124.

(Technician name)
