The instructions provided in this article should be followed for any user that has experienced issues with distorted slides in a downloaded Adobe Connect recording.
1.) Test from another browser or machine
2.) Create a new / temporary windows user and see if you have the same issue there. If it works fine in the new windows user then it means your windows profile has become corrupted or has too many processes running in the background. If you still experience the same issue in the new profile then you would need a new Windows Image install (step 3).
3.) Request assistance from your IT team to re-image your PC
***Recordings that experience this error should always be escalated to Adobe for investigation as it is possible that they can identify the root cause of the error or provide information regarding any bugs that may be affecting the recording.
