CT Text for Webex - Download the App

Customers can now download the CT Text App from the “Webex App Hub”

Users will need a CT Text account as well as an SMS Enabled number assigned to them. This DID can either be their Webex DID or another DID assigned to them.

Users will simply log into the Webex Desktop Application and clicking on the “App Hub” in the list of Icons on the left column.

Start by entering a search for CT-Text in the Search Field in the top right corner.

Click on “CT-Text Embedded app by CallTower.

This will bring up a Landing page for the App itself. Simply click “Add App” button in the top right corner of the Pop-Up window and Select “Add to Sidebar”

Once The Application is added to your Sidebar you can proceed to logging in. You will be greeted with a Welcome Message as well as method to log in. Please select the “Continue with Webex” and proceed with your Webex Credentials.

You will be asked to accept the new Permissions that were added. Please Click Accept.

You are not ready to begin Texting and receiving texts from the CT-Text Application.
