How to create an end user in Call Manager.
NOTE: This can only be done on legacy appia/BRCC customers.
Begin by logging in to Call Manager.
Once logged in you will click on the "User Management" drop down across the top.
In the drop down you will see the "End Users" option you will click there and select the add new option. It will have fields for you to fill out. All of them are labeled and the only ones that are required are the ones with asterisk next to them.
