How to enable voicemail to email

  1. Go to users page and select the user you wish to enable.

  2. Click on Voicemail Services - Properties

  3. Insert your email address and hit save.

When you don't check the Voicemail and Email box voicemails will now ONLY go to the email address you provided.

*This means the light on your phone will never go on to notify you of new voicemails

 

How to enable voicemail and email

  1. Go to users page and select the user you wish to enable.

  2. Click on Voicemail Services - Properties

  3. Insert your email address and select the Voicemail and Email button. Press Save

Note that reading your voicemails in email won't mark the voicemails as read and you will still need to manage your voicemails otherwise your mailbox could get full.
