- Right click on the Salesforce for Outlook taskbar icon.
- Click on "Settings".
- Select the "Change User" button.
- Enter in your Salesforce username and password and click on Login
- Choose "Allow" on the Salesforce Access screen
- Choose the sync direction. This should be already set correctly so you can just click "Next".
- Choose the items you want to sync and click "Save".
- Close Outlook and reopen it. (Give it a second to reconnect to Salesforce.)
