Issue: System Test fails on SIP Audio Ports.

Reason: A main cause that the System Test reports this error is when it could not find appropriate sound devices on the computer. Appia Video Communicator (AVC) requires speakers and a microphone to conduct calls.

Fix 1:  Make sure that the computer speakers and microphone are setup and working correctly. (Vista/Win7)

Fix 2:  Temporally turn of Windows Firewall. (Vista/Win7)

Fix 1 - Vista/Windows 7:

  1. Right-click the speaker icon in the status bar.
