CT Cloud Voice: 3CX - Adding Holidays


Provide instruction on adding a holiday in 3CX.



  1. Log into the 3CX server for the client; the link will be found in the client's record under Special Handling Notes
  2. Open Settings on the left side menu
  3. Select Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays
  4. Select Add under Configure Holidays
  5. On this page, provide the name of the holiday and set the date. If it spans multiple days, change Single Day to Range of Days. 
  6. Optional: Add a custom recording to play during this time. You can upload a new recording, or use the drop-down menu to select a previously used recording.
  7. Once completed, select OK to save the holiday settings.
