CT Cloud SIP - Trunk(s) Registration(s)

Requirements:

CallTower requires that SIP devices support both G.711ulaw and G.729 and use RFC2833 for DTMF.  CallTower is not responsible for configuration of customer equipment including firewall and PBX.

 

IP AUTH TRUNKS ON CT CLOUD VOICE:

Please ensure that adjustments are made to your firewall to trust all traffic that is sourcing from the following IP addresses:

205.196.170.136

205.196.171.136

Use ipauth.appiaservices.com if your system supports SRV records

If you can't do SRV records then use the following:

ipauth1.appiaservices.com as the primary

ipauth2.appiaservices.com as the secondary

 

DIGEST AUTH TRUNKS ON CT CLOUD VOICE:

Please ensure that adjustments are made to your firewall to trust all traffic that is sourcing from the following IP addresses:

205.196.170.135

205.196.171.135

Configure your PBX to register to  telephonenumber.sipservice.appiaservices.com if your system supports SRV records, where telephonenumber is the telephone number of the PBX (this is the same number used to log in to Commportal.)

If you can't do SRV records then use the following:

telephonenumber.sipservice1.appiaservices.com as a primary

telephonenumber.sipservice2.appiaservices.com as a backup

sipservice1.appiaservices.com is 205.196.170.135

sipservice2.appiaservices.com is 205.196.171.135
