CT Cloud - Metaview: SIP Trunk Forward

GOAL:

This document will provide instruction on how to set a forward on a SIP Trunk in MetaSwitch

 

RESOLUTION/STEPS: 

 

Step 1: Search the name or number of the SIP trunk that you want to set the forward on

Step 2: Navigate to the services tab

Step 3: Select the Call Forwarding (Unconditional) dropdown and select enable and input desired numberpic3.png

 

Step 4: Navigate to the bottom right panel and select apply and refresh.
