CT Cloud Voice: 3CX - Adding Holidays
GOAL:
Provide instruction on adding a holiday in 3CX.
RESOLUTION/STEPS:
- Log into the 3CX server for the client; the link will be found in the client's record under Special Handling Notes
- Open Settings on the left side menu
- Select Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays
- Select Add under Configure Holidays
- On this page, provide the name of the holiday and set the date. If it spans multiple days, change Single Day to Range of Days.
- Optional: Add a custom recording to play during this time. You can upload a new recording, or use the drop-down menu to select a previously used recording.
- Once completed, select OK to save the holiday settings.
