CT Cloud Voice User - Password And PIN Management
Users can change their own Commportal passwords and voicemail PIN as well as reset an unknown Commportal password.
Change Commportal Password
- Log in to https://commportal.calltower.com
- Click on the Change Password link
- Enter the old password, the new password, and new password confirmation. Click the Confirm button to save the change.
Resetting a lost password
If your CT Cloud Voice account has an account email address configured, you can click the reset password link on the Commportal login page at https://commportal.calltower.com.
To configure an account email address, click on the Configure Account Email link on the Commportal home page. If you don't have an account email address configured and cannot remember your password, contact your Business Group administrator or CallTower support for assistance.
Changing your Voicemail PIN
To change your voicemail PIN, click on the Change Voicemail PIN link on the Commportal home page. Enter the old PIN, the new PIN, and confirm the new PIN, then click on the Confirm button to save the change. If you don't know your existing voicemail PIN, contact your Business Group administrator or CallTower support for assistance.
