Connect Admin – CT Cloud Voice Updating Caller ID
GOAL:
This article provides instructions on how to update a CT Cloud Voice users caller ID from Calltower Connect
RESOLUTION/STEPS:
Update Caller ID steps:
Select the users tab from the connect menu.
Search for the user you are wanting to update. Then select the drop down for CT Cloud and CT Cloud Voice. 
Then select Settings and input the new caller ID number and select Save.
