CT Cloud Voice Admin - Enable Call Park
Configuring Call Park
Menu > CT Cloud > Call Park
- Select Call Park Enabled and press save
- Max Orbits - The amount of call park ranges you can have.
- Configured Orbits - Lets you know your current amount.
- Timed Recall - The amount of time a call will stay on park and then go back to the owner.
- Adding a Call Park
- Click add and then enter in a first/last orbit code and a department (Not mandatory) and press save.
Please note that call parks have a number of restrictions as far as which numbers they can be. You can't go higher than the amount of Orbits that has been set. The number range can't be between any extensions that exist. If any of these errors happen you'll get a warning message.
