OnDemand - Submitting Intercall Requests
Any request received for an Intercall customer that cannot be administered through TCC online should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A request to terminate an owner should be sent via email in the following format:
Please terminate owner # 8574371 – James Butler.
A request to enable admin privileges should be sent via email in the following format:
***Please note: The user must first be create via the Intercall portal, TCC online.
Please give username sduchesne (owner # 91963201) admin rights to company # 466684/account # 1125124.
