On Demand- Recording your Conference

Call Tower offers On Demand recording for your On Demand Audio Conferencing. A recording can be initiated by the host anytime during a conference by dialing *22. If you would like to stop the recording dial *22 again. *22 does not need to be dialed if you are needing to record for the duration of the call. The recording will continue until the call has ended. It is however a best practice to stop the recording as there are normally discussion at the end of a call that you may not want to capture. You can also:

  • Press *22 and 1 -- To Pause/Stop the Recording.
  • Press *22 and 1 again -- To Un-Pause the Recording.
  • Press *22 and 2 -- To erase the previous recording and starts over.

 

You will receive an email containing instructions on how to access the recording within an hour of the call. You can also log in to your Hub to access all previous recordings. Recordings are available to 30 days, but can be extended. You may also order a CD, transcript or download the file via the conferencing Hub.
