InformaCast - Sales/Quoting/Renewals

Quoting Informacast by Singlewire

InformaCast Fusion is a hybrid-cloud-based system that reaches people via on-premises and mobile devices. Each user is entitled to receive notifications on a combination of mobile devices (via the Apple/Android app, SMS text messaging, phone calls and e-mail), a computer desktop (InformaCast Desktop notifier or the InformaCast App on Windows/Mac), an IP phone and their Microsoft Teams client.

Demos and Quoting

Identify the Singlewire Territory Manager for your opportunity according to the customer’s HQ location. You may also email sales@singlewire.com or call (608) 661-1140 option 1 for the sales line, and the team will connect you to the right Territory Manager.

A Singlewire Territory Manager is available to  customers for live virtual demos or meetings and is able t o help you determine user and add-on quantities.

Before generating a quote, ask your Singlewire Territory Manager to provide one to you, so the correct part numbers are quoted. Request quote revisions and refreshes through your Territory Manager as well.

All pre-sales questions are routed through your Territory Manager who will engage and invite pre-sales engineers to meetings as needed.

Renewal

A Singlewire Renewal Specialist will send a quote to Call Tower’s designated renewal representative or alias 90 days before t he customer’s contract expires. To request a renewal quote at any time, email renewals@singlewire.com.

 

Basics

  • All quotes must have a minimum of 250 users.  
  • Quotes are done on a per user per month basis.
  • User increments must be in increments of 50
  • There is an Onboarding SKU that must be included in all quotes, which includes activation, configuration, installation and training.  Will match the user tier
  • All add-ons will match the user tier.

Tiers

  • Tier 2: 250 - 999
  • Tier 3: 1,000-2,499
  • Tier 4: 2,500-4,999
  • Tier 5: 5,000-9,999
  • Tier 6 : 10,000 – 24,999
  •  Tier 7: 25,000 – 49,000

Onboarding 

Onboarding Fee applies to new InformaCast Fusion and Moblie Plus subscriptions. This is to help ensure the successful setup and implementation of the software.  New customers will have access to dedicated resources to help complete the installation, configuration, and testing of InformaCast software.  Planning documents and a workbook are included for further assistance.  This tier is used in conjuction with InformaCast Fusion user tier.

InformaCast Fusion - Desktop Add-On

InformaCast Fusion Desktop Add-Ons increase reach to desktop computers via the InformaCast Desktop notifier or the InformaCast App on Windows/Mac. Singlewire’s desktop notification products deliver pop-up notifications that include text and audio in front of running applications. A Fusion User subscription is required for add-on subscriptions to be purchased.  This tier is used in conjuction with InformaCast Fusion subscription tier.  Additional users must be added in groups of 50. Pricing is per user

InformaCast Fusion - IP Endpoint Add-On 

InformaCast Fusion IP Phone Endpoint Add-Ons increase reach to IP Phones. A Fusion User subscription is required for add-on subscriptions to be purchased.  Additional users must be added in groups of 50. Pricing is per user per month.  This tier is used in conjuction with InformaCast Fusion user tier

InformaCast Fusion - Mobile User Add-On 

InformaCast Fusion Mobile Add-Ons increase reach to mobile users. Mobile users can be reached on a combination of mobile devices (via the Apple/Android app, SMS text messaging, phone calls and e-mail). A Fusion User subscription is required for add-on subscriptions to be purchased. This tier is used in conjuction with InformaCast Fusion user subscription.  Additional users must be added in groups of 50. Pricing is per user per month.

InformaCast Fusion Server

  • Appliance

The InformaCast Fusion Server Appliance allows remote locations to have an on-site server that makes it possible to still send mass notifications without virtual computing resources.  It is delivered ready to run in the customer environment  A device is required per location.

  • Software

The InformaCast Fusion Server Software runs on a customers's VMWare.  It allows remote locations to have an on-site server that makes it possible to still send mass notifications.  A server is required per location.  The software is free.  Configuration is part of the Onboarding process.
