When using Unified Messaging for voicemail, the voicemail is tied to your email. This allows users to change their password using Outlook Web App (OWA).
- Log in to OWA by navigating to outlook.office365.com
- Select the Gear wheel at the top right
- Select Options. A new pane will open on the left side of the screen
- Expand General then Voicemail
- Select Reset Pin
