Skype For Business: How To Update/Fix Calltower Employee Conference ID's

All Troubleshooting steps / How To: 

o    Follow the below steps. 

Step 1:

Click on this link:

Once there, click sign in and sign in with your email address and password.


If your conference ID and meeting URL are populated, you are fine and you can move to Step 2.


If your conference ID and meeting URL are blank, then click the link below it that says ‘reset my assigned conference information.’  This will then populate your conference information and your issue should be fixed.  That said, if you need to reset your conference information you will need to update all of your Skype for Business enabled meetings in your Outlook calendar so that they get the new information.

Step 2:

Updating Outlook S4B meetings;


If you open an existing S4B meeting in your calendar and it does not automatically prompt you about a change to your conference information, click the ‘meeting options’ button, then click the ‘phone’ section.  If this shows ‘global’ change it to ‘NA Region’, then click the‘remember settings’.  This will update your S4B meeting info.  You can now send the update to attendees.  Any new meetings you create will be fine and no additional steps are necessary.
