How to change a Skype for Business DID

1. Log into Admin Portal.

2. Go to the "Users" Tab and highlight the intended user.

3. Choose Phone Services -> Manage Microsoft Lync (or Skype for Business)

4. To change the Skype for Business (Lync) DID, select the drop down menu "Change DID" in the window that appears on the right hand side. 
(Note: If no DIDs appear in the drop down menu then there are no available DIDs in that user's location. To request additional DIDs a ticket will need to be opened with Calltower Support)

5. With the new DID selected click "Save" located at the bottom of the window.
6. In order for the change to take complete effect, the user will need to sign out and sign back into the Skype for Business (Lync) client. Physical phone may need to be power cycled as well.
