Teams Call Queue User - Answering a Call

Summary:

A step-by-step guide to answering an inbound MS Teams call queue call.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

When a call is presented to you for answering, you will receive both an audible alerting tone and an alerting pop-up notification box.   The name of the specific Call Queue will be presented in the notification box.

To answer the call, click the blue phone button or click anywhere inside the notification.  Note: If you click the red phone button or the upper right-hand corner ‘x’, the call will be declined.
