MS Teams Analytics - Target Callback and Answer Times
How to set target callback and answer times
Click on Settings > Incoming Numbers in the top righthand corner of the screen.
To edit an individual target callback and/or answer time, click on the pencil icon in the upper righthand corner of the agent/call queue you wish to adjust and update the target callback and/or answer time in the popup collection wizard.

To complete a bulk update of target callback and/or answer times, click on the Bulk Update button on the top right hand side of the screen.
