Internal Cisco Webex RedSky - Building Locations Enhanced E911
Building Locations Enhanced 911 (E911) Emergency Services Through Redsky and Calltower.
1. Once you have received your email from Redsky that the tenant has been created, login to link in the email (https://wxc.e911cloud.com/). If this is your first time logging into the portal, spopulate your email address and click the “Forget/Reset Password” link to get a password set to allow you to securely sign in.

2. Once logged in you will be directed to the Dashboard. From here you will want to Navigate to “ADMINISTRATION>ORGANIZATIONS” and find the company you are working with in the list.

3. Navigate to “CONFIGURATION> E911 LOCATIONS “

4. Locations are Separated into building and locations within those buildings to accommodate for larger campuses or multi floor building to allow specific information to be presented to Emergency Services. Start by clicking the Add Building button and filling out the name and address. It is much easier to click the Alternate Address View to get more granular in your entry.

5. Once the “Building” is built, you simply follow the same steps for the “Location.” This is where you will add Specific Location information, such as a Suite number, Floor Number, or maybe Building ID. You can add Multiple Locations to a building Location.
It is best practice to always add the Phone Number to each Location that is built. If this step is not included, then the Redsky Dashboard does not see the location properly. This also provides an ECBN (Emergency Call Back Number) for dispatch to be able to call back the user in the event that the call was disconnected.

6. This completes the basic setup for Buildings and Locations. Routing can now be turned on by the customer in Webex when they are ready to go live with Emergency service. Before testing it is required by Redsky and Cisco that you must reboot the phone as it will need to update its configuration of the new Emergency Call Routing.
