Internal CT Cloud SIP - Add Authentication (SIP bindings)

Add SIP bindings

 

Add digest binding

1. Click on the Menu, select "SIP trunks"  and then select CT Cloud SIP (Meta):

2. Expand the trunk that needs bindings added to it. This will be indicated by the clipboard_e45f4f10b471ae017c807e6737dd6c5d9.png icon on the far right-hand side column

3. On the Sip Properties page, scroll down and expand the "Authentication" section

4. Under the "Add a binding" section, click the drop-down and select Digest. Populate the fields, making sure to note the username and password to provide to the customer.

User Name: Any 10-digit number, but must be unique across all bindings assigned to the trunk

Password

Domain Override (optional) 

5. Click clipboard_e9855b6d293ff1b8735b6ffb27df31c11.png to add the binding. Repeat for additional bindings as needed.

6. Note the authentication domain populated by Connect, as it will also need to be provided to the customer.

Add IP auth binding

1. Click on the Menu, select "SIP trunks"  and then select CT Cloud SIP (Meta):

2. Expand the trunk that needs bindings added to it. This will be indicated by the clipboard_e45f4f10b471ae017c807e6737dd6c5d9.png icon on the far right-hand side column

3. On the Sip Properties page, scroll down and expand the "Authentication" section

4. Under the "Add a binding" section, click the drop-down and select Static. Populate the fields, 

IP Address: Customer's static IP address

Port: Default set to 5060. Set as needed

TCP/UDP: Set as needed (UDP recommended)

5. Click clipboard_e9855b6d293ff1b8735b6ffb27df31c11.png to add the binding. Repeat for additional bindings as needed.

6. Note the authentication domain populated by Connect, as it will also need to be provided to the customer.
