Five9 - Adding Charts to Reports

You can add up to two charts to standard and custom reports, but you can't add charts to scheduled reports. By default, charts display in a few standard reports.

Click Add Chart. In each menu, the options vary depending on the data source, columns, and sort order chosen for the report. When done, click Apply.

Basic configuration

1. Type of chart: pie, line, bar, stacked columns, or cluster

2. Basic configuration

   • Chart Title: Name of chart
   • Attribute: Ordered and grouped columns
   • Metrics: Data not grouped (see Selecting the Type of Data and Data Sources)
3. Option to display a clickable legend to select part of the data

Advanced configuration

1. Optional chart display in 3D
2. Location of the legend (top, bottom, right, or left)
3. Width in pixels (default is 800)
4. Height in pixels (default is 600)
5. Whether to show values
