How to Schedule a Report in Connect

  1. Open connect.calltower.com/connect and login with your admin credentials. Then click on Reporting>Analytics

  1. Click on Schedule Analytics

  1. Name the report, select the type, schedule, and time zone. The day you select will be the day of the week the report is delivered (you can select multiple days if you want a daily report). Set source as Customer.
