Cisco Connect User - Operator DID
Operator DID - When a caller reaches your voicemail they have the option to press "0" to be transferred to an operator.
1. Select from the drop down, a number where the call will be transferred after the caller selects “0”.
Note: You will need to state in your voicemail greeting that the caller has this option.
