Connect - Enable MFA for a Customer

How to enable a customer for MFA

  • go to customers and select the customer you want to enable.
  • use page navigation and go to Administration > Corporate Administration > Settings > Customer Settings.

  • You need to make sure Default Location/Default User Type have options selected before you can select MFA and then press save.


*Note - Default Location and Default User Type is only for AD sync so just select any location and it will be fine.
