How to add a fax to a user

This article will detail the process for adding inbound only fax services to a user in the Admin Portal.


Log into the Admin Portal and go to the users tab. 
Click on Directory Services, then select Manage Services from the dropdown.

Select User Inbound Faxing, Highlight the Fax Services services and add the service to the user. 

You will be prompted to assign the fax number to the user. Select a number from the available list.
Please note that only numbers designated as as fax numbers can be assigned. If nothing shows up in this list, there aren’t any fax numbers in the location this user is assigned.
