How to add a fax to a user

This article will detail the process for adding inbound only fax services to a user in the Admin Portal.


Log into the Admin Portal and go to the users section. 
Click a user, then on hamburger menu.jpg and then select User Settings, and then select Manage Services .


Select Fax Service and then select the fax number to the user. Please note that only numbers designated as as fax numbers can be assigned. If nothing shows up in this list, there aren’t any fax numbers in the location this user is assigned.
