Setting up Federation in Skype for Business can be completed with the following steps.
1.Log in to Calltower Connect.
2. Search for the customer in question and check their services for "Hosted Lync Enterprise Voice." Note: If Hosted Lync Enterprise Voice is not enabled escalate to Tier 2 for resolution.
3. Go to: Administration > Corporate Administration.
4. From the Administration Tab click on Lync Federation.
5. Confirm "Enable Lync Federation" is checked.
6. If these steps do not resolve the issue escalate to Tier 2 support for additional review and resolution.
