Adding Lines to A Phone Through Connect Administration

This article will walk users through the process of adding a new line to a Cisco phone.

Instructions

1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Phones tab.
2. Click on the phone you wish to modify and then go to Line Properties.

3. Click on an empty line such as Line 2/3 etc... and then fill out the needed info.

 

Definitions:

DN - Extension

Label - What the phone will show on its display.

Internal Caller ID - What name will show when calling internally.

Alerting Name - Name that shows when others are calling.

External Caller ID - Phone number that will be displayed while calling out.
