Adding Lines to A Phone Through Connect Administration

This article will walk users through the process of adding a new line to a Cisco phone.


1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Users tab. 

2. Highlight "Phone Services" and click on "Manage Phones."
3. This will open a new window below the users list. Click on the Phone ID of the phone you want to add lines to. 

4. This will open the "Phones" tab. Highlight the intended phone and click "Update" and select "Line Properties" from the dropdown menu. This will open the "Line Button Properties" menu. 

5. Enter the Extension, Label, and Internal ID for the new line and click Save.
