Change the Roll of a User Steps:.

Change the Role of a User: 

  • MPOC: this allows access to the Connect where you can add, edit and remove user, etc. Note that an MPOC also have access to the user portal as well. 
  • Users: This allows the user to have access to the user portal only. 




1. Highlight the user to change their Roles and Types.

2. Click on the down arrow on Directory Services and select Roles and Types.

3. The Roles and Types screen is displayed on the right.

4. Select the desired User Role from the drop down.

5. Once the changes are done click the Save button to keep the changes or the X in the upper right corner to lose changes.

6. Click the Clear button to clear the form if needed.
