Connect: Reset Voicemail Pin and Password

This article will walk users through the process of using the Admin Portal to update the Voicemail PIN or the Password for a user.


1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the "Users" tab. 

2. Highlight the user you want to update, click "Directory Services" and select "Change Password" from the drop down menu. 

3. The screen will be split. On the far right will be two sections to change the Password or change the Voicemail Pin. Enter the new password or Pin and click Save in the intended field. 

Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters, no more than 16 characters, and must include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one numeric digit.
