Mail Aliases– Email Services

Set-up Users Mail Aliases Steps:

1. Highlight the user to manage their Mail Aliases

2. Click on the down arrow on Email Services and select Mail Aliases.

3. The Mailbox Aliases screen will be presented on the right side of the screen. 

4. The Primary Alias is designated by a green circle.

5. To update the primary alias highlight the desired alias and click on the Make Primary button.

 

 

1. To create a new mail alias click the Add button

2. A new row is generated at the top of the list with text and drop down boxes to enter the information.

3. After the information is entered click Save to keep the new mail alias or Cancel to lose the information.

4. To modify a row use the inline edit by double-clicking on the row and update the information.

5. After the information is updated click Save to keep the new mail alias or Cancel to lose the information.

 

 

 

1. To delete a mail alias highlight the row to be deleted and click the Delete button.

2. Confirm the delete in the popup screen.
