Resetting a password

This document will provide the steps necessary to reset a password for Sound-Connect users

First Step

  1. Log into Sound-Connect
  2. Search for the user by going to Adminstration, Client Management, and Search for a Client.Search for Client.jpg
    • The best ways to look the customer up is either by first and last name, the client ID, or email.
  3. Once you have found the user, click on the Edit button.Client.jpg
  4. Near the top of the page you will find the change password link.Change Password.jpg
  5. Once you click on the link a box will appear where you will enter the new password.
  6. Enter your new password and then retype it. Click Save when completed.
