Resetting a password
This document will provide the steps necessary to reset a password for Sound-Connect users
- Log into Sound-Connect
- Search for the user by going to Adminstration, Client Management, and Search for a Client.
- The best ways to look the customer up is either by first and last name, the client ID, or email.
- Once you have found the user, click on the Edit button.
- Near the top of the page you will find the change password link.
- Once you click on the link a box will appear where you will enter the new password.
- Enter your new password and then retype it. Click Save when completed.
