Cisco HCS - Visual Voicemail Setup

HCS - Visual Voicemail 

1. Press the Voicemail icon on the phone
2. Enter your pin. Default is your extension + 99 (5 digit extensions are extension +9)   *Example - extension = 1234  PIN = 123499
3. Click Sign in

First Time Enrollment 

1. Recorded Name - Say your first/last name and then press pound when done.
2. Personal Greeting - To change the default greeting press 1 then record your message. Press # when done.

Enrollment is now complete
