Cisco-89XX: Managing Multiple Calls
GOAL:
To be able to manage multiple calls coming into the 89XX series devices.
RESOLUTION/STEPS:
If you need to answer a second call or toggle between multiple calls, follow the steps below. (Line button > Highlight call > Resume softkey)
Manage Multiple Calls Steps:
1. After receiving a second call while already on a call, press the Line button next to the incoming call to place caller 1 on hold and answer the second call.
2. Do you want to end the second call?
a. If Yes, select the End Call soft key.
b. If No, proceed to step 3.
3. To resume the first call without disconnecting the second call:
a. Highlight call 1 by using the Up Arrow on the navigation button.
b. Press the Resume soft key.
