CT Cloud Voice User - Call Park

To Park the Call:

Here’s an example of parking calls with CT Cloud Communicator, where 10 is being used as the orbit ID

  1. While on the call, pull up CT Cloud Communicator and dial the orbit using the parking feature access code.

Again, I’m using 10 as the orbit, so I’ve dialed *1310

  1. You’ll see a second call for parking.

  1. Click on the original call, click the blue transfer arrow, and then select the *13{orbit} call in the dropdown.

The call is now parked.

To Retrieve the call:

To retrieve the call, just dial *14{orbit} from the dialer and hit Enter.
