CT Cloud Voice User - Call Park
To Park the Call:
Here’s an example of parking calls with CT Cloud Communicator, where 10 is being used as the orbit ID
- While on the call, pull up CT Cloud Communicator and dial the orbit using the parking feature access code.
Again, I’m using 10 as the orbit, so I’ve dialed *1310
- You’ll see a second call for parking.
- Click on the original call, click the blue transfer arrow, and then select the *13{orbit} call in the dropdown.
The call is now parked.
To Retrieve the call:
To retrieve the call, just dial *14{orbit} from the dialer and hit Enter.
