Enable Microsoft Entra email (MEE) login for CommPortal
This guide will walk you through enabling Microsoft Entra email (MEE) login for CommPortal users. This allows users to use their MEE to login to CommPortal, in addition to being able to use their CT Cloud Voice DID and password.
This procedure must be performed by a BG Admin, and requires the following:
- Your company's Microsoft Entra tenant ID.
- A CSV import file (template attached below), populated with user CT Cloud Voice DID and MEE for each user you wish to allow to use SSO login. This maps the user's MEE to their CT Cloud Voice DID. Each email addresses defined must be unique or the import will fail (as well as provide the reason for the failure)
1. Login to BG admin via https://commportal.calltower.com/bg.
2. Select External Authentication from the left-hand menu

2. Enter your company's Microsoft Entra tenant ID in the Tenant ID field.
3. Click the Choose file button and select the CSV file you populated prior to starting this procedure.
4. Click "Confirm" to import the mappings. When the import is complete, you will receive a pop-up indicating how many mappings were imported (and how many failed, along with why, if applicable).

5. CT Cloud Voice users can now use their MEE to login to CommPortal.
